KahlBase 4074 Natural Matte Lipstick
This medium hard, white to ivory-colored base is designed for matte lipstick and made exclusively from natural materials including jojoba oil, castor oil, and a mix of berry, candelilla, sunflower, and carnauba wax. It moisturizes the lips and features excellent pay-off, pleasant hardness, and good breakage resistance.
Application
As a complete base, designed for the formulation of matte lipsticks, this product only requires the addition of pigments.
